At Sarah Brown London, every piece is handmade to order with care and attention. Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Production & Dispatch Times

As each item is handmade to order, please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be crafted before dispatch.
This timeframe does not include shipping time.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

UK Orders: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers and may vary due to customs delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
